Twenty-Four Posture Qi Gong in the Courtyard! (6 weeks)

Twenty-Four posture Qi Gong is a gentle, whole body conditioning exercise designed to build flexibility. The movements work the whole body and help increase energy and wellness. Class will take place outside in the courtyard, weather permitting! Thursdays, April 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16 & 23 | 5:30 – 6:30 PM | $75 | Wendy White | Ages: 14+
