Willow Oak is the recipient of a grant from the William N. Rollins Fund for the Arts through the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.  This grant provides scholarship funds for children and adults desiring to attend classes, workshops, Kids Create programs, and the Children’s Choruses at Willow Oak during the year 2010.

Scholarships will be awarded based on need and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.  For class scholarships extending several weeks, reciprocal volunteer service is welcomed.

Please download the application form, complete it, and submit it to the Executive Director of Willow Oak at least two days prior to the start of the course.  Students may also request to receive a form by mail by calling 615-384-1802.

Scholarship recipients will be notified promptly after application review by the scholarship committee.  For more information, please contact Muzetta Swann, Executive Director, at 615-384-1802.
Scholarship recipients will be expected to meet all course requirements including attendance at all classes, rehearsals, and performances, and be in accordance with all policies of the instructor and of Willow Oak.
