From Broadway to Modern Musical Theatre, Motown, and gospel, it’s going to be an exciting, upbeat semester!

The Willow Oak Chorale, made up of adult & students in grades 7-12, performs with orchestra twice a year. Its repertoire includes many genres: classical, Broadway, jazz, and popular to name a few. The Chorale has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City on two separate occasions.

Students in grades 1-4 are invited to join us on Tuesdays, 5:30-6:15 pm at Willow Oak beginning January 16 directed by Ami Fletcher!

Students will perform on April 26 & 27.

Steve Daly has been a professional in the music business for 13 years. He has recorded with New Orleans Blues royalty Irma Thomas and Little Freddie King, alongside country legend Willie Nelson, and some of the best modern storytellers Ian Noe and Luke Bell.

Amy Frederick began studying the piano when she was six years old. After high school, she won the Birmingham Music Club competition which awarded her enough money to attend the Aspen Music Festival. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Music. Following a four-and-a-half month stint performing on a paddlewheel boat in Otsu, Japan, Ms. Frederick moved to Nashville.

Led by Karen Baucom, “Acting Up!” theater classes are a wonderful way to learn to creatively express oneself in a structured, yet fun environment. Students will unlock their natural abilities on stage as they explore the unique artistic talents they possess inside.
