Many people are turning to a plant-based diet to become healthier. You can prevent, manage, even reverse chronic ailments such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity, to name a few.   Everything you need to start eating a clean, plant-based diet will be taught including daily meal plans and recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacking.  Come learn why a diet of vegetables, fruits, legumes and grains can give you better health.
