- July 16 – a basic starter course in canning (jams & vegetables) with Stephanie Bradley;
- July 23 – make fabulous, simple & delicious hors d’oeuvres with what you probably have on hand with Stephanie Bradley & Roger Bunch;
- July 30 – learn the use of herbs & spices to elevate your food — for your standby recipes to new ventures.
