Doug Voise Introduction To Cooking at Willow Oak Doug Voise of Springfield’s popular Depot Bar & Grill will introduce students to the basics of cooking.  Each class will focus on a different part of the meal:  salads, entrees, sides and desserts.  Knife techniques and a list for stocking your pantry will be discussed as well as other kitchen do’s and don’ts. Cost:  $25 Doug Voise, Chef/Instructor Doug Voise grew up in the restaurant business learning from his father who owned a restaurant in Harrison, Arkansas. Doug has earned a glowing reputation as chef and manager of the Depot Bar & Grill since its opening in 2003.   [separator]
